Cancellation & Session Polic

At Pitcher of Grace, we value your time, your healing journey, and the shared space created during counselling sessions. To ensure a respectful and meaningful experience for everyone, we request you to kindly follow the session and cancellation guidelines outlined below:

 

Session Etiquette and Scheduling
   •    Please be on time. Sessions are carefully timed to ensure quality of care. Late arrivals may lead to a shorter session.
   •    Limited sessions per day. We offer a maximum of four sessions per day to ensure each client receives full attention. 

          Last-minute cancellations reduce access for others who may be waiting.
   •    Rescheduling requires advance notice. If you need to reschedule, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance.     

          Rescheduling is subject to availability.
   •    Session confirmation through payment. To avoid last-minute cancellations and encourage accountability, session

          fees are to be paid before the session begins. Please share payment confirmation once the transaction is done.

Cancellation Terms
   •    24-hour notice for cancellations.
If you’re unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that the slot may be offered to someone else in need.
 

   •    Late cancellations.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be considered late, and the session fee will not be refunded.

 

    •    Missed sessions / No-shows.
Sessions missed without prior communication will be marked as no-shows, and the full session fee will apply.

 

    •    Emergency exceptions.

We understand that emergencies may arise unexpectedly. In such cases, do reach out at the earliest—exceptions may be made at our discretion.
